1 General Information & Eligibility

3 Age Policy

If any person creates an account by declaring a false age, that account and all deposits will be forfeited.

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000;
• Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry;
• If fraud or misuse is found in relation to bonus activity, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled;
• loa51 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6 VIP Program

loa51's VIP program is divided into three tiers. Players can move up to higher tiers based on their activity.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback;
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback;
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is provided as a reward and may be subject to the same wagering requirements as regular bonuses. loa51 reserves the right to change VIP benefit details at any time.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

loa51 is committed to ensuring a fair, safe, and transparent environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Coordinated or pre-planned betting to abuse bonuses;
• Using automated bots or software to place bets;
• Using another player's account or sharing accounts;
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime;
• Deliberately exploiting any system or software error.

If any of these violations are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all winnings and bonuses will be considered void.
